The book, characters, artwork, narration and downloads are protected by copyright. Free downloads are for personal, home and classroom use only. Please don't resell or republish them.
Character replies, stories and notes are created by an artificial intelligence. We use safety rules and checks, but AI can still make mistakes. These features are for imagination and fun and are not advice.
Don't try to misuse the service, get around its limits or safety checks, upload anything you don't have the right to share, or share other people's personal information.
By sharing a dream to the Dream Wall, the parent allows us to show the first name, dream and drawing on the site. We may decline or remove any post. Ask us any time to take a post down.
Purchases are for adults and are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. Digital downloads are delivered right after payment. Signed paperbacks ship to the address given at checkout. If a paperback arrives damaged or never arrives, email us within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or full refund. Digital downloads can't be refunded once they're delivered, but if a file won't open, email us and we'll fix it.
We may change, pause or limit features (for example daily limits on AI features) at any time. The service is provided "as is" to the extent allowed by law.
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. [Attorney to confirm governing law and wording.]
