We collect as little as possible. Reading the storybook, listening to narration, downloading freebies and viewing the Dream Wall do not require any account or personal information. The table below lists everything we do collect.

Only to run the features you choose: to create character replies, stories and Dream Jar notes; to show approved dreams on the Dream Wall; to email parents about consent and deletion; to process and ship orders; and to prevent abuse. We do not sell personal information, show ads, or use it to build marketing profiles.
Emergent (hosting, database, file storage, AI access and email delivery), Anthropic (AI model that writes replies), and Stripe (payments). They may only use the information to provide their services to us. Please review their own privacy policies.
Interactive features stay off until a parent or guardian confirms by email. We block messages that look like personal information (full names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, school names), check AI replies before they are shown, require a grown-up check before shopping or leaving the site, limit how often features can be used, and keep secret keys on our servers only.
Parents can switch features off, review what we hold, or ask us to delete their family's information at any time from the For Parents page or by emailing us. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights (for example to access, correct or delete data); contact us to use them.

If we make material changes we will update this page and, where required, ask parents for new consent.
